Pittsburgh

Today was a rest day. Not surprising - I'd worked through Friday, cleaned and packed on Saturday, and got up at 3:15 a.m. yesterday. Last night I decided to run first thing this morning. The next time I thought about running was after I'd showered and shaved and eaten breakfast, and by then it was too late. So after running a couple errands we had lunch at Enrico's, a little restaurant in the Strip district. There's a narrow eating area adjacent to the kitchen, separated by a half wall and hanging equipment:

While they don't have a liquor license, the owner also runs a winery (Carlo's Garage), and bottles of wine can be purchased to drink with meals or to go. We had some 2006 Vidal Blanc, drier than most Vidals and very good with our lunches

of half sandwiches and supposedly small salads (greens, gorgonzola, cranberries, and walnuts).
